Thank you for supporting Sahati. Each piece is made with care, and many items are produced in small batches either in Toronto or Prishtina.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info.sahati@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital items, gift cards, or custom-made products.
